Job Title: Sales Associate
Department: Zenith, Southeast Asia
Location: MBS, Singapore
Reporting to: Boutique Manager, MBS
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador for Zenith. Your main responsibilities are as follow:
- Perform sales and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies
- Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
- Support events, activities, change of visual merchandising and coordinate with the logistics team on daily delivery schedule
- Maintain good housekeeping conditions in boutique, e.g., tidiness, cleanliness, music, beverage, etc.
- Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in luxury retail operations with a successful track record, preferably from high end watch industry
- Sales-oriented & result-oriented
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-motivated with a positive and committed mindset
- Presentable, mature and has high level of integrity, trust and honesty.
- Timeline conscientious and willing to learn.
