Mission Statement:
Plan and implement HR programs/actions under the supervision of Senior Human Resources Director to assist Watch and Jewelry brands develop the business by improving quality of organization and people.
Reporting Structure: Report to Senior HR Director (HRD) / Senior HR Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Support one or multiple brands as (Assistant) HR manager in the full cycle of Human Resources processes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement including but not limited to
(HR Business Partnering)
- Provide HR consulting support to retail managers for all employee life cycles.
(Recruitment)
- Plan and implement the recruitment of shop staffs including shop managers.
(Learning and Development)
- Collect and analysis the learning needs and propose the needed leaning solutions to the organization.
(Employees relation)
- Make regular visit to each shop to understand the current situation.
- Carefully monitor the motivation of the shop staff and give advice to managers, Retail Director and Snr HRD, as the need arises.
- Give advice and support on labor issues in each shop to managers and Retail Director.
- Coordinate the staff transfer, promotion and make a relevant proposal on staff assignments.
(Performance Appraisal)
- Prepare and conduct performance appraisal and salary review process.
