Responsible for growing and establishing a firm FJ&T business in Japan working closely together with FJ&T MD Director.
Be the ambassador and expert of Dior FJ&T business and product.
Work with all department to cover 360 of this business.
Contribute to the sales growth, raising awareness and store image by ensuring correct product assortment and proactive merchandising strategy.
To be keen of the market trends and client demand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong strategy and coordinate action with FJ&T MD Director to enlarge the business and awareness in the market.
- To be keen and curious in market situation, competitor products, prices and actions.
- Set sales target per store, implement action plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Be in charge of High End segment, working closely with BU, Client relation team, Retail team.
- In charge to oversee forecasting, buying session together with FJT MD assistant manager.
- Prepare and distribute briefs and reports on a regular basis to ensure that all boutique managers and staff are completely aware of new products, MD guidelines and sales analysis.
- Lead the FJT ambassador community and involve store managers collecting feedback on products and on customer reactions and provide recap to local management and BU for follow up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience of Fine Jewellery Merchandising / Marketing for more than 5 +years in international Jewelry brand and Luxury Fashion brand.
- Sensitive in competitor business, products and marketing actions.
- Ability to show strong leadership in driving sales.
- Interest in retail and marketing trends.
- Analytical mind of CRM data preferred.
- Hand on in administrational operation. (supply chain, logistic operation, product packaging operation)
- Good command of English (TOEIC 800 up)
- Strong PC skills. (especially excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive mindset.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills.
- Team player with strong sense of ownership
