LVMH Cosmetics K.K. (LCS - Shared Service Center (SSC) of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Group) is looking for a Supply and Distribution Planner (Buly) who will be responsible for managing replenishment and inventory of the warehouse as well as the service rate to customers for all the SKUs of the brands he/she is in charge of (Officine Universelle Buly). This position will be reporting to Senior Planning Manager, and located in Tokyo.
MAIN RESPONIBILITIES
1) Supply Planning
- Validate the supply need taking into account the demand and current level of stock
- Optimize the supply plan according to service and logistic cost targets
- Review the stock and replenishment parameters on a regular basis
- Provide visibility on performance and risks for main KPI to Brand and SSC
(efficient communications, periodic reviews with Brand and SGP SSC). - Manage the inventory and run analysis to guarantee the quality of the stock and protect service level
2) Lead cross functional supply planning processes with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc), make recommendations and implement action plans to drive business metrics.
3) Support his/her manager in the implementation and animation of monthly S&OP meetings for Buly brand on a monthly basis (slides preparation and presentations).
4) Distribution Planning and allocations
- Provide Brand Assortment List and maintain catalog parameters in POS system
- Calculate allocations by distribution channels depending on Brand strategies for Novelties and key references under supply tensions
- Propose solutions to arbitrate correctly the stocks between distribution channels
- Support roll-out of replenishment to stores project efficiency (like counter auto-replenishment) depending on Brand’s strategy.
In this position, all initiative taken to propose and conduct any continuous improvement actions / project (optimized tool, simplified processes, reduction of administrative workload...) will be welcome and encouraged.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years minimum in Supply / Logistics function, cosmetics / luxury industry would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and strong leadership
- Ability to animate reviews with top management
- Customer focus, organized and detail oriented, action oriented, active attitude, strong analysis skills
- Good knowledge of ERP system, DRP Process and MS office
- Cost and results oriented, able to work within time constraints and schedules
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable in multicultural context
- Job based in Hirakawa-cho, Tokyo HQ office
