Sephora signs a partnership agreement to establish itself in Russia from 2003
Sephora has signed a partnership agreement with Maxim Klimov, owner of the L’Etoile retail chain, to develop Sephora across Russia. The opening of Sephora stores will thus complement the existing L’Etoile network of 104 stores. Sephora thus confirms its intention to expand into markets with strong growth potential, following its successes in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania.
