LVMH, the world’s leading luxury products group, has entered into exclusive negotiations with News Participations with a view to News Participations acquiring La Tribune and its advertising sales division. The La Tribune works council has been convened for 8 November 2007 to conduct a review and consultation of the information. News Participations, led by Alain Weill, is the holding company of NextRadioTV.
