Appointments in the Selective Distribution and Perfumes & Cosmetics activities

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, announces the following appointments effective October 1, 2007, in its Selective Distribution and Perfumes & Cosmetics activities: Renato Semerari, currently President and CEO of Guerlain, is appointed President and CEO of Sephora Europe. Renato will report to Jacques Lévy, President and CEO of Sephora. Laurent Boillot, currently General Manager of Guerlain, is appointed President and CEO of Guerlain. Laurent will report to Toni Belloni, LVMH Group Managing Director. “We are happy to see two talented Managers take additional responsibility within the Group” commented Toni Belloni. “Renato has led the remarkable renaissance of Guerlain over the last 5 years. His leadership and Beauty expertise are a meaningful reinforcement of our capabilities to support Sephora’s ambitious plans. Laurent has been his right arm over these years. He has the skills and intimate knowledge of the brand to bring Guerlain to new heights.” Renato Semerari graduated in Business Administration at the University of Rome before starting his career in 1986 with Procter & Gamble. There he held positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and the UK. His last assignment at Procter & Gamble was Marketing Director for Southern Europe. In 1999, he joined LVMH as International Marketing Director of Parfums Christian Dior. In 2002, he was appointed President and CEO of Guerlain. Laurent Boillot, a graduate of Rouen Business School, started his career in advertising in 1988 within the Havas Group. In 1990 he joined Univeler where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in France and Spain. His last assignment at Unilever was Marketing Director of the European Hair Care Category. In 2002 he joined Guerlain as Marketing Director before being appointed General Manager.
