LOEWE is looking for Assistant Manager for RTW / Shoes, Women / Men reporting to General Merchandising Manager.
Profile
Brand Development
- Identify growth opportunities with General Merchandising Manager
- Input HQ local market needs and trends in order to reflect them on product development
- Together with Retail Director and Retail team, contribute to retail development
Strategic buying
- Build seasonal buying strategies
- Work on the RTW clustering
- Selection of Japanese assortment in close cooperation with Paris merchandising team
Boost sales
- Execute attractive collection training for stores and other functions
- Maintain proper inventory of each store by efficient allocation, replenishment, and remerchandising
- Build a strong RTW team coordinating with RTW specialist of each store
- Maintain creative and pragmatic Visual Merchandising collaborating with VM team

Experience
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
Languages
- English - Business level
- Japanese - Native level
