・Execution of annual strategic plan within the assigned area.
- Execute annual strategic sales plan within the assigned POS.
- Manage sales expenses within the budget
- Analyze the market including the competitors' information and prepare periodical sales report.
・Management of the relationship and development of partnerships with key accounts.
- Make a frequent visit to key customers.
- Implement training program for the employees of the customers.
Job Requirements Education:
・Experience of managing of profit center
・Sales experience in luxury watches ( or other luxury categories in similar distribution channels) most preferable
・Ability to plan, implement and monitor a sales Database
・Ability to manage project, plan budget, prioritize multi-tasking and control deadlines
・Strong negotiation skills
・Supporting sales staff
・Results-driven and objective oriented person
