Position

Execution of annual strategic plan within the assigned area.

  • Execute annual strategic sales plan within the assigned POS.
  • Manage sales expenses within the budget
  • Analyze the market including the competitors' information and prepare periodical sales report.

 

Management of the relationship and development of partnerships with key accounts.

  • Make a frequent visit to key customers.
  • Implement training program for the employees of the customers.

 

 


Profile

Job Requirements Education:

University Graduate

Experience:

Experience of managing of profit center

Sales experience in luxury watches ( or other luxury categories in similar distribution channels) most preferable

Skills/Abilities:    

Ability to plan, implement and monitor a sales Database

Ability to manage project, plan budget,  prioritize multi-tasking and control deadlines

Strong negotiation skills

Supporting sales staff

Personality:

Results-driven and objective oriented person

responsible, flexible, independent, hard worker, trustworthy

Language:           

English communication skills (intermediate level)
