Lead the planning and the implementation of FRED commercial events in store and external venue
Work with Retail to develop pop up events, action plans based on ROI and action quality and monitor the result and ROI
Plan and implement the promotion plans
Analyze and report internal and external promotions result and ROI
Develop annual product marketing plan including the promotion plans and communication plans
Prepare sales support material such including but not limited to catalogue and DM
Develop and implement new product marketing & launch plan, including sales forecast
Analyze and report product sales
Develop product training and conduct training with MD specialist
Digital Marketing & e-Commerce
Support to improve e-commerce system and services, by developing and managing e-commerce procedures and putting in place actions to catch and care e-commerce customers.
Create best in class user experience (UX/UI) and manage SEM/SEO.
Analyze the online conversation at contents.
Maintain customer database quality
Analyze the customer data and develop CRM program for standard categories
Analyze the customer data and develop budget allocation guideline for VIP/premium customers
Enhance the brand image and build awareness through effective advertising and communication activities across all touch points, based on FRED global strategy together with Communication Specialist.
Support VMD staff to implement the VMD planning and implementation.
Monitor and control the marketing budget for high ROI with Communication manager Negotiate with suppliers
Coach, guide, motivate and develop the marketing team.
Define objectives and evaluate the performance of marketing team members.
・ University graduate
・ Minimum 8 years' experience in brand marketing
・Sales Promotion of luxury products
・Experience in watch/jewelry or luxury categories business preferable
・Experience of trade/consumer promotion, planning, implementation is preferable
・Experience in foreign-affiliated company preferable
・Project Management, including team and budget
・Ability to think and discuss strategically
・Ability to manage ambiguous situation and flexibility
