Mission Statement:        

Enhance the brand image and credibility through the retail marketing activities and maximize the sales and profit


Reporting Structure:      

Marketing Director


Working Relationship:

-     Hublot HQ in Switzerland

-     HUBLOT division in Japan (Retail team and other section)

-     Hublot boutiques in Japan

-     Customer Service & Logistics Center in Japan


External Relation:

-     Outside vendors (printing, production, events)

-     Same function in the LVMH W&J brands


Main Responsibilities

-     Plan and implement annual retail marketing activities

-     Plan and implement boutique activation program to accelerate traffic and sales turn-over

-     Plan and implement VMD to increase visibility

-     Plan and implement CRM activities utilizing the existing database and external database

-     Plan and implement various events, including pop-up boutique, fairs, gala dinner, seminars, etc.

-     Store development coordination with retail team

-     Improve quality of communication tools, catalogue, and etc.

-     Prepare budget, market analysis and other related report

Job Requirements:


・University Graduate or equivalent proficiency



・Minimum 5 year experience in brand marketing

・preferably in watch or luxury brands



・Experiences of consumer promotion, planning, implementation is preferable

・Has basic concept and knowledge, ideally experiences, of data base marketing and CRM program

・Excellent PC skills

・Good command of English

・Analytical skills

・Interpersonal skills
